岗位职责：
1. 负责协助起草准备公司领导各类工作往来文件，并负责有关文件的呈报，催办，分发，流转，归档等管理事宜；
2. 负责协助有关会议的会务安排事宜，记录丶整理会议纪要，做好有关会议准备丶服务工作；
3. 协助安排协调公司领导工作日程，并根据工作日程，做好有关人员的预约丶接待丶会议准备等事务；
4. 负责公司领导的对外联络丶来访接待及礼仪服务工作；
5. 负责公司领导日常行程安排，重要来宾接待及参与商务谈判；
6. 完成公司领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1丶金融丶经济丶法律等专业本科及以上学历，英文水平熟练；2丶两年以上市场助理工作经验，形象气质佳，举止端庄得体，具备金融或资本市场相关知识及技能者优先考虑；3丶具有良好的沟通丶协调丶合作能力，具有独立的对外沟通联络丶关系维护丶公关能力；4丶责任心强，思维敏捷缜密，保密意识强，工作严谨细致，有良好的职业道德，并能承担工作所需的压力；

We are looking for an experienced administrator to support us in agrowing business.

Responsibilities:
- provide administrativesupports(preparation, distribution and documentation) for the manager'scorrespondence and varied materials;
- Organise meetingsincluding reception and documentation;
- make relatedarrangements according to the manager's schedules
- Liaising between themanager, cooperation and clients;
- provide varioussupports for business conferences
- complete other dutiesassigned
Requirements:
- Mandarin or Cantonesespeaking, reading and writing, Fluent in English, strong verbal and written; - Relevant degree infinance, economics, laws and etc.
- proven administrationexperience, ideally 2-3 years, qualifications relating to financial servicesare highly considered
- excellent communicationand coordination skills, plus good presentation
- attention to detailsand ability to work independently under high pressure
- strong sense ofresponsibility and confidentially
