The Role

Winner Online is seeking an experienced online Marketing Specialist to assist and support the online games business in Australia.

Responsibilities and Skills

Interact with international Marketing Specialists and Web Developers to optimize copy and landing pages for Search Engine Marketing
This individual must demonstrate an understanding of all aspects of online marketing (social media, email, SEM/SEO, paid search, affiliate marketing, remarketing, analytics, etc.)
Produce creative assets, including landing pages and micro-sites, to support marketing promotions and events.
Implement methods to improve organic search rankings (SEO), this includes keyword research, analyzing existing websites and recommending necessary SEO changes.
Understand the competitive digital marketing landscape as well as trends and best practices.
Set up and manage tracking on all digital marketing initiatives to maximize ROI
Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to provide reports on web, email marketing, paid search, social media and other online marketing initiatives related to online game business.
Optimize all aspects of affiliate program through established networks.
Manage affiliate relations, communication and recruitment to maximize services exposure and product revenues.
Possess an extensive knowledge of web analytics, metrics and tools/platforms such as Google Analytics
Well versed in the Microsoft Office suite as well as Publisher, Adobe Photoshop and Indesign.

Requirements

Candidates must be solution driven, delivery orientated & be passionate about their work. You will be working as a key individual within one of the most high profile business units in this international organization. The ability to work under pressure is a prerequisite.
Ability to work on several activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is a must. The successful candidate must be able to travel and work at different locations. Be proficient in social media, multimedia, and new media marketing. Creative and have a good project and time management skills.
Candidates will also need to have good communication skills in English writing and interpersonal skills with at least one year working experience in a related field. Candidate that are able to speak Chinese (Mandarin) will be more favorably viewed.
